The asymmetric plate heat exchanger (APHE) has the possibility of achieving balanced pressure drops on both hot and cold sides for situations with unbalanced flow, which may in turn enhance the heat transfer. In this paper, the single-phase water flow and heat transfer of an APHE consisted of two types of plates are numerically (400≤Re≤12000) and experimentally (400≤Re≤ 3400) investigated. The numerical model is verified by the experimental results. Simulations are conducted to study the effects of N, an asymmetric index proposed to describe the geometry of APHEs. The correlations of the Nusselt number and friction factor in the APHEs are determined by taking N and working fluids into account. It is found that an optimal N exists where the pressure drops are balanced and the heat transfer area reaches the minimum. The comparison between heat transfer and flow characteristics of the APHEs and the conventional plate heat exchanger (CPHE) is made under various flow rate ratios of the hot side and the cold side and different allowable pressure drops. 针对短期日负荷预测的精度问题,本文提出一种基于数据驱动理念的电力负荷预测方法。在建立预测模型前对所给数据采取一定的预处理:首先提取所收集的海量数据的负荷特征,对负荷特征进行分析,然后进行负荷数据与影响负荷值的因素之间的相关性分析,以此确定对负荷影响较密切的因素,随后建立分类器得到各主要影响因素与各负荷类别之间的关系为后续预测模型奠定基础。对预处理后得到的不同类型的负荷数据采用最小二乘支持向量机方法建立不同的负荷预测模型。以南方某发达城市2008年的负荷数据作为算例验证数据,将本文所提负荷预测方法所得结果与未经数据预处理的负荷预测方法所得结果进行比较,结果表明本文提出的方法得到的预测结果精度较传统方法提高约6%。 相似文献

针对新型混合工质R245fa/R141b,开展水平光滑管(外径10 mm)内工质沸腾换热特性的实验研究,对比纯工质与混合工质的换热性能及4种常用关联式的预测精度。结果表明:纯工质与混合工质的沸腾传热系数均随质量流速和热通量的增加而增大,随饱和压力的增加而减小;随干度的增加,沸腾传热系数均先增大后减小,即存在“过渡干度”,且混合工质的过渡干度大于纯工质;干度小于0.55时,混合工质传热系数小于纯工质;干度大于0.55后,混合工质的传热系数更高;随R245fa质量分数的增加,混合工质的沸腾传热系数增大。在所选关联式中,Gungor-Winterton关联式能准确地预测工质在光滑管内的沸腾换热特性,平均相对误差为16.67%。 相似文献

To investigate the fracture behavior of cement-bonded corundum castables, various cement contents and pre-treating temperatures have been comparatively studied using the wedge splitting method and the digital image correlation technique. The results show that the microstructure enhances the mechanical properties, so the fracture energy and the maximum load as well as the fracture modes are affected correspondingly. The castables demonstrate the highest fracture energy and maximum load at 1600 °C with cement content of 10 wt% due to an appropriate amount of CA6. At the temperatures of 110 and 1100 °C, the crack propagation within the matrix and along the interface are dominated whereas within the aggregates significantly increased at 1600 °C, leading to the brittleness of materials. However, increasing the cement content can reduce their brittleness, caused by the maximum strain in thex-direction, largest length of the main crack, and high ratio of crack propagation in the matrix. 相似文献

As a figure-of-merit, the rising ratio of crack propagation resistance to fracture initiation resistance indicates a reduction of the brittleness and enhances the thermal shock resistance of ordinary refractory ceramics. The significant nonlinear fracture behaviour is related to the development of a fracture process zone (FPZ). The universal dimensionless load–displacement diagram method is applied as a promising graphical method for the determination of R-curves for magnesia refractories showing different brittleness. By applying digital image correlation (DIC) together with the graphical method, the problems arisen with accurate determination of the fracture initiation resistance and the crack length are overcome. Meanwhile, the R-curve is subdivided with respect to the fracture processes, viz the fracture initiation, the development of FPZ and the onset of traction free macro-crack. Distributed compressed video sensing (DCVS) is a framework that integrates both compressed sensing and distributed video coding characteristics to achieve a low-complexity video coding. However, how to design an efficient joint reconstruction by leveraging more realistic signal models is still an open challenge. In this paper, we present a novel optimal-correlation-based reconstruction method for compressively sampled videos from multiple measurement vectors. In our method, the sparsity is mainly exploited through inter-signal correlations rather than the traditional frequency transform, wherein the optimization is not only over the signal space to satisfy data consistency but also over all possible linear correlation models to achieve minimum-l1-norm correlation noise. Additionally, a two-phase Bregman iterative based algorithm is outlined for solving the optimization problem. Simulation results show that our proposal can achieve an improved reconstruction performance in comparison to the conventional approaches, and especially, offer a 0.7–9.9 dB gain in the average PSNR for DCVS. 相似文献

Data augmentation and parameter expansion can lead to improved iterative sampling algorithms for Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC). Data augmentation allows for simpler and more feasible simulation from a posterior distribution. Parameter expansion accelerates convergence of iterative sampling algorithms by increasing the parameter space. Data augmentation and parameter-expanded data augmentation MCMC algorithms are proposed for fitting probit models for independent ordinal response data. The algorithms are extended for fitting probit linear mixed models for spatially correlated ordinal data. The effectiveness of data augmentation and parameter-expanded data augmentation is illustrated using the probit model and ordinal response data, however, the approach can be used broadly across model and data types. 相似文献

Intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) that lack stable conformations and are highly flexible have attracted the attention of biologists. Therefore, the development of a systematic method to identify polypeptide regions that are unstructured in solution is important. We have designed an “indirect/reflected” detection system for evaluating the physicochemical properties of IDPs using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). This approach employs a “chimeric membrane protein”-based method using the thermostable membrane protein PH0471. This protein contains two domains, a transmembrane helical region and a C-terminal OB (oligonucleotide/oligosaccharide binding)-fold domain (named NfeDC domain), connected by a flexible linker. NMR signals of the OB-fold domain of detergent-solubilized PH0471 are observed because of the flexibility of the linker region. In this study, the linker region was substituted with target IDPs. Fifty-three candidates were selected using the prediction tool POODLE and 35 expression vectors were constructed. Subsequently, we obtained 15N-labeled chimeric PH0471 proteins with 25 IDPs as linkers. The NMR spectra allowed us to classify IDPs into three categories: flexible, moderately flexible, and inflexible. The inflexible IDPs contain membrane-associating or aggregation-prone sequences. This is the first attempt to use an indirect/reflected NMR method to evaluate IDPs and can verify the predictions derived from our computational tools. 相似文献
